Sophia is licensed professional counselor with experience supporting individuals through a range of mental health concerns, including disordered eating, substance use, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. With a strong clinical foundation from both outpatient and inpatient settings, Sophia uses evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients build coping skills, gain insight, and create meaningful change.
