Getting Started
1. Contact us or call (262) 377-2006
When you get in touch with us you will only be hearing back from one of our experienced clinical staff, not an administrative assistant. They will ask a few simple questions to help match you with a therapist whose training and experience align with your concerns.
If you already have chosen a preferred therapist, information regarding contacting that provider can be accessed off of their individual bio page.
2. Before your first appointment
Print and fill out appropriate forms at your convenience.
Contact your insurance company to confirm that you have coverage for our clinic and the therapist you will be seeing.
3. At your first appointment
Your first session is an opportunity to meet your therapist and share what brought you to treatment.
During this visit, your therapist will complete a clinical evaluation that includes:
- Your current concerns
- Relevant background or history
- Previous treatment experiences
- Your goals for therapy
This information helps your therapist create an individualized treatment plan tailored specifically to your needs. During your first appointment, your therapist will determine if a psychiatric evaluation would be beneficial. Referrals will be provided to board certified psychiatrists in the area.
Medication and therapy work together more effectively than medication alone. Your therapist and psychiatrist work as a team to optimize treatment.
4. Future sessions
You will meet individually with your therapist for 45-50 minutes at each session. You and your therapist mutually decide on treatment goals and treatment.
Research shows that patients who keep their first four appointments are more successful in treatment. The level of importance you place on the therapy process increases the potential for the change you are seeking.

Yes. We are in-network with most major insurance providers and accept Medicare, Medicaid, and their associated HMO networks. We recommend contacting your insurance company before your first visit to confirm coverage.
Coverage varies by provider and plan. Some services may not be covered, so we encourage clients to check benefits before scheduling. You are responsible for co-pays, deductibles, and any costs not paid by insurance.
If you do not have insurance, you may be eligible for reduced fees based on income. Please speak with your therapist or our billing staff for details.
Your therapist will work with you during the initial evaluation to determine if a psychiatric consultation may be helpful. If needed, we provide referrals to board-certified psychiatrists. Medication can be used alone or alongside therapy.
