Kylee Holbrook, LPC-IT

I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where you deserve to feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way. My goal is to provide a safe and welcoming environment.  Together, can explore life’s challenges for you to feel empowered to navigate life independently and confidently. I recognize that every person’s story is unique, which is why I tailor therapy to fit your individual needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, whether it takes a few sessions or a few years, I am here for you. I value curiosity, authenticity, and genuine connection where you feel comfortable. Together, we can help you move toward a life that feels more authentic and aligned with your values.

My approach to therapy is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, and other approaches based on your unique goals and presenting concerns. I believe that therapy can support people feeling empowered to live their lives according to their values.

Through my experience with Milwaukee County Community Programs, I have had the opportunity to work with adults from diverse backgrounds facing a wide variety of emotional, behavioral, neurodivergent, and life challenges. I have supported individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, family conflict, self-esteem difficulties, major life transitions, and the everyday stressors that can impact emotional health and overall well-being.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship or family concerns, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I look forward to helping you gain greater clarity, develop practical skills, and recognize the strengths you already possess. My goal is to empower you to make meaningful changes while providing compassionate, individualized care that supports lasting growth.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ohio University and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. As a Licensed Professional Counselor In-Training, I am committed to continued professional development and providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.
